MALES NEEDED
Pairings
Bred these Suntigers in jan.
but the female molted in feb.
Kept the pair comunialy till
April when the male died
of unknown causes, didnt
wittness any insertions but I
have my fingers crossed, the
female is starting to get pretty
large so we'll see!!
got hit on the way
out,so I may still have
half of a sac incoming
in the next few months,
Not a real nice spider,
but the enlarged rear
femurs and the bulky
size make This T a
hobby clasic.
Got Two good
insertions here 3 wks
later she molted , and
the male had been
eaten by another
poss. mate
apperantly he had
already finished his
buisness though and
got quite a few good
insertions with this
pair of E. pachypus,
Red Rump Baboon
Spiders, its a good
thing that she liked
him as she towered
above him @ 3 to 4
times his size.
Next up we got the
original, hobby classic,
in all its fresh molt
glory, the male came
from Mark @ New
World Tarantulas
,Hopefully this male
will be able to, go the
distance as I have 2 if
not 3 more females
SPARE MALES
Brachypelma vegans
this fresh molted
female realy made this
poor male work for
his supper, and work
he did {I was so proud
of him} for with each
of her lunges at him he
would counter w/
anouther insertion till
he had her practicly
flat on her back!! but
make no mistake
about it when it was
time to go, he didnt
even think twice about
setting up another
date, or even grabbing
his shoes, he shot out
of that enclosure at a
good 500fps,All smiles
E. pachypus
waiting in line to give
his skills a try,you can
never have too many B
smithi as far as I'm
concerned, there are
always newcomers to
the hobby that want to
start there ,and rightly
so, as a adult Red Knee
is always impressive!
WHERE THE HOBBY ALWAYS COMES FIRST!!!!

It was a long wait for my male to finaly molt out, but looks like it just might be worth
it , I only have 2 females though, where was he when there were 10 females living w/
me, oh well with a little luck the two I do have will be good moms and hatch out some
slings, purpurea slings are some of my favs. they sure dont grow near as fast as some
other Avics. Ive raised, I have some of last years babies that are barely at an inch, if
that, now! patients, Patients, patients..........................
I guess its just my week for avics, This little male I got in trade for a fresh molt A.
geniculata male, hes half way to making the trade worthwhile, she'll have to seal the
deal though, Fingers Crossed
Avicularia versicolor
Avicularia purpurea
Citharishius crawshayi
Psalmopeous irminia
This little beauty I got wild
caught from Stubby 8th, he
told me she was special,
said it took him numerous
trys to get this one to come
out of her hole, and as luck
would have it I came home
a few days ago to this.....
...... one of my favorite
sights, hopefully she
had been bred and isnt
just toteing around a
bum sac, it looks good
and she sure seems to
like it , those are pretty
good signs, WE'LL
SEE
